CHAMPION BEEF CALF — Murray tsitzer displays the beef calf that won him the championship in the 4-H Beef Calf competition at the Kirkton Fair on Saturday. Murray also won the title of best showman in the competition and was reserve champion showman in the ppen class. Ball News The Bryanston men played their first game of the play-offs last Tuesday night against the Lucan Irish. The Lucan team won 7-6 in an exciting game which went into extra innings. The game scheduled for Thursday night in Granton ball park was rained out.
