IRVIN RADER DASHWOOD Mrs. Jean Witmer, Goderich, vacationed with Mrs. Greta Schade, A number of patients have returned home from hospital following surgery; Mrs. Ed Nadiger, Mrs. Louella Tieman, Milfred Merner, and Mrs. Lloyd Guenther, Mr. & Mrs. Reinhold Miller enjoyed a motor trip to the west this summer. They accompanied their daughter and husband Mr. & Mrs. Harold Maine, Kitchener, as far as Banff, They visited their two granddaughters and the Maines' daughters, Janet, and her husband Rev. James Bailey at Elpbinstone, and Marilyn and her husband, Rev. Wm. Bulger at Golden, B.C. As well, they visited many relatives and friends. Mr. & Mrs. Irvin Rader have returned home following a 2,500 mile trip to Lac du Bonnet, Manitoba, where they visited their daughter and family, Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd Howe, Mary Jo and Shelley. A copy of The Exeter Times- Advocate was placed in the Kosy Korner snack bar along with the Winnipeg Free Press, the Beausejour Beaver (a weekly newspaper which had won an award) and the Lac Du Bonnet paper and it was truly interesting to hear the coffee break talk as prices in Ontario were compared with Manitoba prices.
