Wedding" and everyone enjoyed
their skit. Mrs. Jane Gillespie,
sister of the bride assisted in
opening Margaret's many gifts
which she plans to take to her
new home in New Zealand later,

cere thanks were expressed by
Margaret. The bride's aunts
served lunch.
Former Resident Dies
Word was received last week of
the death of Basil Gooding at
Westminster Hospital, London,
in his 57th year, after a lengthy
illness.
Basil was the son of the late
John Gooding and Nettie
McCarthy and was a student at
Our Lady of Mt. Carmel School
previous to joining the Armed
Forces.
