Under Tuckersmith Bylaw NO. 17-1974, no dogs are to
be permitted to run at large, All owners or harbourers of dogs
are required to obtain a dog tag and pay an annual license
fee. Every owner shall pay the following license fee:
For a male dog or spayed female dog
For each additional male or spayed
female dog
For a female dog, if only one is kept
For a second female dog
For each additional male or female dog
exceeding 2 dogs, owned by the same
person or household

meeting in the basement of the
Church recently. Fredo Boa
conducted the worship service
"Committed to love " with
assistance from Dorothy Brint-
neil and Sarah Dick. The roll call
was answered by 19 members
telling the most interesting thing
that had happened to them during
the past month.
The offering was dedicated
with prayer by the president,
The Treasurers report said the
plant sale at the last meeting
realized a good profit, It was
decided to accept the invitation to
Queensway Open House on June
17, and also to make a donation to
the Church and to overseas relief.
It was also decided to have the
Church piano tuned.
The visiting committee
reported six calls during the past
month. Mary 13rintnell read a
poem entitled "God's Jewels". In
charge of the Citizenship meeting
was Rosa Harris. She had as her
guest speaker Mrs. Pearl
Passmore of Hensall, who gave a
talk on "Living for ,Jesus,"
The president reviewed the
September meeting schedule as
there will be no meetings for July
and August. The meeting closed
by singing the hymn "Living for
Jesus" and everyone reciting the
theme prayer. Hostesses for the
afternoon were Marg Cole and
Marg Upshall.

For the Girl Guides of Hensall,
banquet night was a rewarding
end to an active year.
The girls gave willingly of their
time and energy, on several
occasions, to sing for the
Senior Citizens and Hospitalized
People; stuffed bagsfull of treats,
Under the guidance and en-
couragement of their leaders
Mrs.Eric Luther, Mrs. Mark
Russell, the girls kept busy
between preparing and baking
varieties of food at home, ser-
ving them appropriately, helping
mother, baby sitting pre-
schoolers, and rounding out a
collection.
The following Guides achieved
some of their Badges plus a great
deal of sensible basic training
toward home-making, and a
more purposeful and fulfilling
life.
