Mr, & Mrs. Bruce Henry and family, Janie Robertson and Cindy Donaldson, and Judy Henry enjoyed the evening at the Pat Boone show Saturday evening at London Gardens. Mr. & Mrs. Lorne Derbyshire returned home Thursday from their two weeks holiday in Windsor and Napanee. Mr, & Mrs, IL Kestle, Mr. & Mrs. M. Kestle, Mr. & Mrs, D. Kestle and Janis attended the funeral in Detroit, Friday, of the late Mrs. E. Rinshed, Romulus, Mich. David. Eleanor and Janis remained in Detroit for the weekend with Mrs. Margaret Estes, Madison Heights, Mich. Don Millson, Guelph spent Monday with Mr. & Mrs. C. Millson and Gerald Millson. Mrs, Arthur Simpson was able, for the first time since her ac- cident, to visit with Mr. & Mrs. Wm Simpson on Thursday, Friday, Mr, & Mrs,iRalph Simpson, Nancy and 'Darren, London, spent the day with their parents. During the week, Gerry Gill of London, also spent a day with the Simpsons. Mr. & Mrs. C. W. Millson and Mr. & Mrs. Ralph Millson were Sunday guests with Gerald and Florence Millson. Mr. & Mrs. J. Robertson and Jan visited friends in their home town of Fergus, Saturday. Clandeboye Girls of the 4-H Homemaking clubs will attend Achievement Day, Saturday, in Parkhill. Mothers are invited to the afternoon program. Girl Guides Lucan, Clandeboye area Girl Guides had their meeting Monday evening in the Parish Hall with 11 girls present. Cap- tain Cunningham introduced Deputy Commissioner Doreen Kime. Commissioner Kime showed the girls how to complete their tenderfoot challenge badges. Handbooks and camp forms were handed out. Crediton men at Presbytery By MISS ELLA MORLOCK CREDITON Rev. Douglas Warren and Steve Dundas were at the Huron- Perth Presbytery meetings in Wingham last Tuesday. Members of the UCW enjoyed the fashion show presented by the UCW of Centralia United Church Wednesday evening, During Education Week at Stephen Central School displays of student projects lined the hall and classrooms were open for inspection. Among the winners in the Science Fair projects were Karen Hodge, Lisa Lippert, Bruce Warren, Teri Lynn Witherspoon and Barbara Wein. Several carloads of Crediton folk attended the Pat Boone Special in the London Gardens Saturday evening. The Credit= and District Men's Social Club held their April dance Saturday evening, with The Wildwoods of St. Marys providing the music. Rev. Douglas Warren con- ducted the service in the Bluewater Home, Zurich, Sunday evening. Claire Schwartz assisted him in providing special music in song. By MRS. M. H, ELSTON Mr. & Mrs. Sam Skinner visited with the latter's father, Alvin Pym who is a patient in St. JosephS Hospital, LOndon. Mr. & Mrs. Allan Elston at- tended service in Hamilton Road Presbyterian Church on Sunday morning where David Elston is organist. They were dinner guests of David and his wife Gayle following the service. Bonnie Blair of Kitchener spent the weekend with her parents Mr. & Mrs. Bob Blair, Mr. 8t Mrs. Mervin Elston Visited Sunday with their cousins in Wyoming, Mr. & IVIr8. 'Wean Randall, Sheila Elston R.N. of Toronto was a guest of her cousin MrS. Ken Dowd (nee Barbara Elston) of Hawaii. Wendy Elston of London spent her holidays in the Bahamas.
