Notice of proposed stopping up of a
highway situate in the Corporation of
the Township of Biddulph, pursuant
to the Municipal Act RSO 1972,
Chap. 284, Sec. 443.
Take notice that the Council of the
Corporation of the Township of Bid-
dulph proposes to pass a by-law stop-
ping up the highway or road allowance
described in Schedule "A" hereinafter
set out,
Schedule "A" all and singular, that
certain parcel or tract of land and
premises situate, lying and being in the
Township of Biddulph in the County
of Middlesex and Province of Ontario
and being composed of all that portion
of the Centre side road lying between
Lot 25, Con, 3 and Lot 3 N.L.R. that
has never been opened up for travel
and more particularly described on
plan 33R723. Registered in the
Registry division of Middlesex East,
Oct. 24, 1973,
And take notice that the Council of
this municipality shall hear in person
or by his counsel, solicitor or agent
any person who claims that his land
will be prejudicially affected by the by-
law and who applies to be heard at the
hour of 9:00 p.m. on the 7th day of
May, 1974 at the council chamber of
Biddulph Township.

At a Saturday Conference in
Toronto, the Lucan Church was
represented by ten members,
when Roger Mason and Bill
Cochrane were licensed to preach
and Mr. Brewster was granted
full ordination in the Pentecostal
Holiness Church. At this con-
ference the Lucan Pentecostal
Women's Auxiliary was granted
the Gold Seal for the fourth year.
The seal represents a perfect
score by the W. A. standards.
Last Tuesday evening special
speakers at a district rally were
General Superintendent, the Rev.
G. H. Nunn of Toronto and a
former pastor, the Rev. Gordon
McDonald, now Sup't of the Nova
Scotia work.
