During the Pow Wow, Brown Owl read a story and gave safety rules about being near streams and rivers swollen by the spring thaw. Discussion followed. During crafts, the girls made spring flowers from -crepe paper and pipe cleaners. Clean up and closing time came very quickly' after a happy hour and a half.
