An ornamental bird cage donated by Mrs. Dorothy Doerr, London, was won by Tom Kooy. Refreshments followed. Heber Davis was guest at a birthday dinner for John Hall of Ilderton at the Golden Pheasant restaurant, Thursday. Cottage service was held at the home of Mr. & Mrs. Tom Kooy Sunday. Easter service will be held in St. Patrick's Church. Allan Eizenza, Lucan, was guest with Ian Carroll on Ian's birthday, Wednesday. Mr. & Mrs. Heber Davis were Sunday guests with Mr. & Mrs. Robt. The Foreign Fillies met Saturday at the home of their leader Mrs. Groenewegen where the girls made and ate Chinese dishes. They also learned the Proper way to use chopsticks. Millson Sunday to welcome home Ken Millson from Holland where he spent the winter playing hoCkey. He was one of two Candians chosen to play in the All Star Team that won first place over five other countries.
