their monthly Monday night
dinner meeting with farmers as
guests catered to by the Women's
Institute.
Guest speaker Mike Rodgers of
the Farm Credit Corporation
proved a very interesting
speaker followed by a question
and answer period. A sing song,
discussion of community affairs
rounded out the evening.

observing their 58th wedding
anniversary Friday.
Mrs. Albert Rader spent last

at the Jarrot Funeral home,
Sunday, to view the late Tim
Horton along with hundreds of
other callers.
4-H Meeting
Club No. 3 of Dashwood 4-H
girls held their second meeting
February 19. Leaders Mrs,
Delmar Miller and Mrs. Ernest
Miller and 10 girls welcomed
Joanne and Judy Miller and
Ericka Freiter to the club.
The proper method of
manicuring was discussed after
which the girls gave each other
manicures.

returned home from St. Joseph's
hospital, London; Mrs. Bill
Hoffman is a patient there,
having undergone surgery; Mrs.
Hugh Boyle is a patient in Vic-
toria hospital, London.
Mr. & Mrs. Lloyd Rader
returned home Sunday following
a two week visit to Florida. They
visited Miami, St. Petersburg
where they saw the sunken
gardens and attended the dog
races; Silver Springs, Cape
Kennedy, where they tavelled 52
miles by bus. They took a boat
trip to Nassau and saw the straw
market. Many more 'places of
interest were visited.
