Staffa I 4-H Homemaking club,
The Cereal Shelf combined their
third and fourth meeting at the
home of their assistant leader
Mrs. Spencer Jeffery Saturday
morning with 14 girls present.
Roll call for meeting three was
bring two copies of a recipe which
uses a ready-to-eat cereal,
putting one in your recipe file and
exchanging the other one with
another member, Roll call for
meeting four was a breakfast
menu which includes a whole
grain cereal,
Mrs, Jeffery discussed a
catalog of cereals with the
members taking turns reading
from the members pamphlet.
Mrs. Smale discussed flour,many
kinds many uses.
Judy Jeffery and Karen Miller
made Crunchy Granola which
was sampled by everyone later,
along with several varieties of
muffins.
Judy Jeffery was nominated to
give the commentary for the club
at achievement day.

A large crowd attended the
reception Friday evening in
Staffa Hall honouring Mr. & Mrs.
Gary Kemp on their recent
marriage,
