Fettes Tours 323- 1545 Mount Forest. 5c Representatives of recreation committees in Colborne and Stephen townships, Exeter, Seaforth, Goderich, Hensel' and Zurich met in Seaforth Tuesday night to discuss setting tip a. community cluster group to facilitate the exchange of recreation information. The community cluster theory of setting up regional recreation areas was formulated last July at a provincial recreation con- ference. The sports and recreation branch of the ministry of com- munity and social services is overseeing the program. Two ministry representatives, C,M. Bitton, of Hanover, and Donald Reid, of London, attended the meeting Tuesday. The groups are set up for lay members of municipal recreation committees. The consultants provide resource information. The clusters have been established in geographically similar areas with towns and villages of similar size and problems grouped together, The 25 representatives at the meeting made suggestions for the operation of the groups.
