SUBJECT TO THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. The lands have been known as the Cann's Mill consisting

west side of Main Street according to Plan 20 on which is said
to be a feed mill and store building having a frontage of
about 150 feet by a depth of about 330 feet.
2. The tender shall be accompanied by an accepted (cer-
tified) cheque payable to the undersigned for $5,00,00, as a
deposit, and the Purchaser Shall pay the balance subject to
the usual adjustments for taxes, etc. on closing. The tender,
and acceptance and these conditions of sale shall be deemed
to form part of such tender and shall constitute the agreement
for sale.
3, The transaction and possession shall be,,negotiable after
the 31st day of July, 1974 with time to be of the essence.
4. The Vendor shall not be obligated to accept the highest
or any tender.
5, The Vendor shall not be required to produce any abstract
of title, deed or evidence of title, other than those in their
possession. The Purchaser shall examine the title at his own ex-
pense and any objection thereto shall be made in writing
within ten days from the acceptance of the tender, Should no
sufficient objection in writing be made within that time, the
Vendor's title shall be held to have been accepted. Should any
sufficient objection in writing be made within that time which
the Vendors are unable or unwilling to remove the Vendors
shall be at liberty to rescind the sale in which case the
Purchaser shall be entitled only to a return of the deposit
money, without interest,
6. The Purchaser, shall covenant in the deed of conveyance
not to use the premises as a feed mill or in the operation of a
feed and grain business.
