Nash, St, Marys, presented the certificate of Registration for the first Brownie Pack of Dashwood to Brown Owl, Mrs. Leroy Gowanlock, Tawny Owl, Betty Guenther was also on hand to assist. A total of 21 girls received their pins from Mrs. Nash. Six girls,. Betty Guenther, Cindy Beaver, Cindy Webb,Kim Gaiser,Sue Ann, Becker, and Bonnie Nauss were also enrolled as Guides. The June meeting of Dashwood W.I. was held Tuesday, with the citizenship and world affairs group in charge and Mrs. Mervyn Tiernan, convener, All sat down to a delicious picnic supper. Following this, president Mrs, Gordon Bender conducted a brief business meeting. The new programs were distributed and the ladies were very pleased with them. As this was the last meeting for the summer, the Exeter Fgir list was discussed and several members volun- teered to be responsible for the projects. Mrs. Fydenchuk, Paul and Wally, Mrs. Dave McClure and Mr. Fydenchuk's father from St. Catharines, attended the ceremony. Carmen Roeszler returned home from University Hospital last week.
