will meet with the U.C.W. of
Centralia United Church.

The October meeting of the
U.C.W. was held in Zion United
Church last Thursday evening.
The program, with thanksgiving
theme, was under the direction of
Mrs. Cliff Brock, assisted by Mrs.
Clayton Sims, Mrs. Cliff Kenney,
Mrs. Russell Finkbeiner and Ella
Morloc.k,
Mrs. Kenney led in prayer and
Mrs. Finkbeiner read the
scripture. Mrs. Sims read a
poem, with audience response to
suggestions for thanksgiving.
Ella Morlock led in the singing of
choruses and played a Jim
Reeves record,
Mrs, Brock introduced the
guest speaker, Mrs. Ralph Batten
of Exeter. Mrs. Batten reminded
her hearers that thanksgiving
