APPREHENDED — One of the
highlights of the Sunday
afternoon performance at the
Midwestern Rodeo was to be the
appearance of CFPL's radio and
television star Bill Brady. Brady
had a few more problems in
Exeter than he anticipated, In the
top picture he is telling the large
crowd hP has no intention of
paying two parking tickets he
picked up in Exeter in recent
weeks but is unaware of the arm
of the law approaching, In the
centre picture Exeter Police Chief
Ted Day has taken the
microphone away from Brady
and is telling his side of the story
and the popular radio announcer
looks a little ill. After a ride
downtown in the police cruiser,
Day is shown in the bottom
picture taking fingerprints. After
spending a few minutes in the
town cell Brady was released.
