I would like to inform the misinformed person or persons from the Lucan Legion that they will not be running Pee Wee Baseball in Lucan as it has been going for the past six summers, four seasons in the WOAA league and for the past two years in the Thames Valley League. This has been sponsored by the Lucan District Athletic Association in conjunction with the Lucan Recreation Committee and Arena Board. It would be appreciated very much though if the Lucan Legion would take over sponsorship of this phase of baseball. Then the present sponsors could put more into the Novice, Bantam and Midget part of this program. Thanks fellows.
