The November meeting of the
United Church Women was held
Thursday evening in the church
with Mrs. Floyd Stewart and Mrs.
Mac Hodgert as hostesses.
Mrs. Fleming Simpson was in
charge of the worship service of
which the theme was "To Be
Alive",
Readings by Mrs. Gerry
Grubb, Mrs. James Anderson,
Mrs. William Johns and a piano
solo by Mrs. Reg Hodgert, made
up the program.
Mrs. Lloyd Hackney and Rev.
Stewart Miner were in charge of
the election of officers for 1969.
The topic "Wheelchair
Missionary" was given by Mrs.
Bev Morgan and Mrs. Archie
Etherington.
Delegates at the recent
Regional School, Mrs. William
Rohde and Mrs. Ray Cann gave
their reports.

nurse-in-training at St. Joseph's
Hospital, Chatham, spent the
weekend with Mr. & Mrs.

Mr. & Mrs. Jim Doyle and

returned home from St. Joseph's
Hospital, London, after being a
patient there for the past two
weeks.
Sister St. Paul (former Gertie
Dietrich) is making splendid
progress after having surgery in
St. Joseph's Hospital three
weeks ago.

daughter of Hespeler visited on
the weekend with Mr. & Mrs.
John Mahoney.
Mr. & Mrs. Milford Dietrich
of Windsor spent the weekend
with Mrs. Ada Dietrich and
