She addressed the Members immediately after the noon luncheon served by the ladies of Hensel United Cluirch. A panel comprised or Mrs. Jeff Robinson and Mrs. Ed.. Dunseith, both of St. Marys and Mrs. Ken Ottewell and Mrs. William J. Thomson, both of Exeter, discussed "Choices Women Make". Panel moderator was Mrs. Stewart Miner, Thames Road, who kept the discussion lively and informative. Later in the afternoon, a skit entitled "Where do we go from here?" was presented by Thames Road UCW. Those taking part were Mrs. Murray Dawson, Mrs. Floyd Stewart, Mrs. Ray Cann, Mrs. William Rhode and Mrs. Don Kernick. South Region of Huron president Mrs. Edwin Miller, Thames Road, presided for the day and welcomed representatives from all churches in the district. Displays of reading material, and various projects supported by the UCW helped to give the gathering a convention air. Staffa women view pictures By MRS. J. TEMPLEMAN The October meeting of the Staffa United Church Women was held in the Family Life Centre with 13 members and four visitors present. Mrs. Ross Smale presented the call to worship on Thanksgiving. The scripture lesson was read by Mrs. Oscar Reed, President Miss Vera Hambly presided for the business. Roll call was answered with a verse on Thanksgiving. An interesting Bible Study was taken by Rev. A.H. Daynard. Miss Eleanor Kemp showed interesting pictures on Frobisher Bay. Refreshments were served by Mrs. Ross Smale and Mrs. W.J. Fell. PERSONALS Misses Janet and Edna Miller, London, visited over the weekend with their parents, Mr. & Mrs. Leslie Miller..
