Given in marriage by her

bride was lovely in a floor-length
wedding gown of chantilly lace
and logoda on Empire lines. The
bodice was fashioned with lily
point sleeves and scalloped
neckline. The semi-A-line skirt
featuring a front panel of logoda
swept to a chapel train. A dainty
headpiece of rosettes and petals
held a four-tier veil of French
illusion, and she carried a
cascade of red sweetheart roses
and trailing ivy.
Bridal attendants were matron
of -honor Mrs. Susan. Riley, of
Hensall, and bridesmaids, Miss
Brenda Noakes, Hensall, sister of
groom, and Mm. Gail Moss, RR
1 Auburn. They were gowned
identically in floor length gowns
of periwinkle blue silk crepe
complimented by deep illusion
blue velvet bodices. Delicate
motifs of the same velvet
accented the Empire waist lines
and backs were caught by a soft
crepe bow. They carried
matching blue velvet muffs with
red roses and white mums, and
they wore two-tier blue short
net veils with a velvet bow.
Gary Lawrence of Hensall was
groomsman. Leslie Riley of
Hensall, and Tom Dalrymple of
RR 2, Kippen, ushered guests.
For the reception and dinner
held in the Fellowship Hall of
the church, the bride's mother
was gowned in French crepe in
celery shade with matching
imported lace trim, a beaver
bubble hat in shades of celery, a
fur stole and carried red roses
and gold mums on a champagne
beige clutch bag. The groom's
mother assisted wearing a
blossom pink sheath with
matching coat, brown
accessories, a champagne beige
and rust' hat and a corsage of
pink roses and brown mums.
For travelling to Ottawa, the
bride changed to an imported
wool ensemble in a mosaic
pattern of moss green and burnt
orange, moss green hat, and
accessories in brown. Her • 4;1 corsage was orange roses• and
