The three-man body will be able to make direct decisions without reverting to the Association as a whole. If bad weather exists at any time during the weekend, the OBA. group will have the right to shorten the series to a sudden-death game, if necessary. The provincial association is also sending in umpires for the series. The Tigers are expected to start lefty Dave Ratz and right hander Bob Webb on the mound in the first two games. Gord Vincent is the regular catcher with centre fielder Jim Hayter quite capable to take over behind the plate in an emergency. The infield setup will probably have Bob Hoffman at first, Bill Schade and Bud Desjardine as the keystone combination and Pete Ravelle at third base. In the outfield will be Whitey Denomme, Hayter and Dave Ratz. When Ratz is on the mound Richard Rader will likely be in the right field position. Another member of the team is Ken Rader and Charlie Tieman serves in a coaching capacity. LADIES "B" LEAGUE BL (R. Maurer 531) 5 16 SW (A. Eisenschenk 555) 2 2 SP (L. Bowers 624) 5 17 JJ (E.
