Built for Speeds You'll Never Need
A SUCCESS STORY — the Birth of a Champion I
Masterfully bred to be ahead by Canadian Tire especially for Cen-
tennial Year. A tire designed to conquer high-speed highways and
roughest byways — a tire costing much more to make but, much
less to use
IT'S HERE TO STAY — though the building of extra
high-speed tires was intended only as a 1967 Centennial project, the
motorist acceptance of this high performance tire dictates its con•
tinuance in the Safety "99" line of Specialty tires for the next sea-
son. High performance quality standards will remain, but, the name
"Centennial" will be deleted in the 1966 product,
Winter tires are now in production and moving rapidly into stock
in readiness for snow time. Because there is insufficient warehouse
space to carry all "Centennial" and winter tires too, "Centennial"
branded tires will be sold at a very special price. TWO TIRES —
for very close to the catalog PRICE OF ONE I The "Centennial"
will never again be offered at prices so near the factory cost. So,
buy now and save ... even for next years use. "Centennials" are
