Charles "Chuck" Snider was presented with his Queen Scout badge
on Monday evening by Scout Master Doug Harrison. Requirements
for this badge are that the boy must be a first class scout and
qualified to wear four Queen Scout proficiency badges. This is the
first Queen Scout to qualify in Exeter in the last three years.
Chuck has earned six proficiency badges in addition to the Queen ^
Scout badges for a total of 10 badges. He is a troop leader and also
received his green cord which is only given after six proficiency
badges have been received. He will be entering the Rover pack next
year. At the Father and Son Banquet later this month Jack Gallant,
District Commissioner will present Chuck with the certificate
which goes with the Queen Scout badge.
