met Thursday evening with Mrs.
Lloyd Hey as chairlady. The
meeting was, opened by quiet
music played by Mrs. Paul
Schenk. A piano solo was given
by Carol Hendrick.
A dialogue entitled "The Par-
ade of God's Mighty Acts" was
taken by Mrs. Lloyd Hey, Mrs.
Ross Krueger and Mrs. Emer-
son Wenzel. Doris Schwartz
rendered a vocal solo. Spiritual
Life was taken by Mrs. A. M.
Schlenker, Mrs. Hey closed the
devotional with prayer.
The business was conducted
by the president Mrs. Irvin
Rats. Two delegates were no-
minated to go to the WSWS
convention at Calvary Church
in Kitchener April 27 to 29.
It was planned to do some
sewing and knitting for the
Children's Aid Society at God-
er Sch.
It was decided that instead
of a choir supper this year the
ladies would pay the expenses
of the choir bus trip to London

When most cowboys are confronted by Indians they certainly
don't produce smiles such as the lads above display. However,
the smiles being worn by the pretty young Indian maidens
probably had something to do with it. The youngsters were
performing in the spring concert presented by the Usborne

Chicken thief turned out to
be a fox. The Motzes got a
surprise Saturday when they
found out it was a fox instead
of a dog that had cornered
their chickens but the fox ran
off without anything to eat except
some feathers.
