The annual Sunday S cho ol
concert was held Friday evening
in the church basement with a
good crowd in attendance.
Mr. Victor Jeffery, superin-
tendent of the Sunday School,
was the chairman for the pro-
gram which consisted of reci-
tations, solos, guitar selections
and dialogues. Santa Claus ar-
rived and the many gifts were
distributed from a well laden
tree.
WHITE GIFT SERVICE
The annual white gift service
was a combined service in the
auditorium of the church Sun-
day morning. Mr. Victor Jeffery
was in charge of the service.
Miss Judy Mayer read the
Scripture lesson. Mrs. Floyd
Stewart read the story "The
Small Gift with a Big Mean-
ing". Rev. Hugh Wilson spoke
a few words.
Mr. U. Vanderlaan, who has
been a patient in Victoria Hos-
pital since last Friday, under-
went surgery Wednesday morn-
ing.
