He was a member of the Halted Church, He was bore in Woodham and farmed at Kirkton for 50 years and moved back to Woodham three years ago. He was the husband of the late Fannie pease Who died three years ago, He leaves to mourn his loss several nieces and nephews. The funeral will be held frolii the L. A, Ball funeral chapel, St, Marys, Thursday at 1:30 ern with interment in Kirkton Weer' Cemetery at a later date. HOLD EASTER MEETING The Messengere met Sunday morning during church service with 29 members present. The theme of the meeting was "The Lord of Heaven is Our Kine. An Easter welcome was given by Carol Langford followed by a recitation by Nancy Jaques, Vernon Thomson and Janet Tomlinson. The scripture study was taken by four boys and prayer by Joy Thacker, An exercise was given by four boys and four girls. A chorus by the senior girls was sung after which Mrs. E. $tra- han took the study book.
