Mr. Davis was an electrician and for a number of years worked with the hydro. For many years he played with the Exeter Band under the leadership of Ted Harness and later under Ted Walper, He played the clarinet. Surviving are his wife, the former Edith (Jennie) Brock; two daughters, Mrs. Gran t (Mai.ion) Taylor, London; Miss Dorothy Davis, EXeter; t wo sons, Hugh, EXeter, and Robert, Stratford; four grandchildren; sisters, Mrs. Harry Dickson, Chatham and Mrs. Regina Tay- lor, London. Funeral service was con- ducted at the Hopper-Hockey funeral home by Rey. J. W. StephenSOn; on Saturday, Janu- ary 11 with burial in Exeter cemetery.
