RECEIVE BOOKS FROM
EATON'S
Eaton's of Canada sent to
Mrs. Stuart Shier a large box
of excellent books for the Kirk-
ton district. The books have
been presented to Kirkton Li-
brary and will be available to
the readers in the area.
On the inside of each book is
inscribed "P resented to the
community of Kirkton, Ontario,
by Eaton's of Canada on the
occasion of the unveiling of an
historic plaque to the late Ti-
mothy Eaton on August 18,
1963."
The Kirkton district is very
pleased with this generous do-
nation and it will be appreciated
anew each time one of these fine
books is read.
Earlier Eaton's of Canada do-
nated to the WI a leather bound
photograph album of pictures
taken the day of the unveiling of
the plaque for the late Timothy
Eaton.
