to the Cbuncil of the Township of Hay and the Corporation of

ture of $80,000.00 to cover the cost of an addition of three
classrooms and a combined gymnasium— auditorium to

The Hay Township School Area comprises all or parts of
the Corporation of the Township of Hay and parts of the
Township of Stephen and parts of the Corporation of the
Village of Zurich.
The Council of the Corporation of the Township of Hay did,
on July 2nd, 1963 receive a request from the Board of
Trustees of the Hay Township School Area to submit the
application to a vote of the Electors of the Municipality,

2. The Clerk, (See. 261) shall not later than August 20th, .
1963, prepare a list of all the persons entitled to vote,
from the last revised voter's list. This list to be posted
in the Hay Township Office, Zurich, Ont. Persons inter-
ested shall check this list to see if their names are enter-
ed thereon. Only persons who are entitled to vote as
Electors on money-By-laws are entered on the list pre-
pared. (Sec. 260 & 261).
3. The Judge of the County of Huron will attend at the Hay
Township Office, on Friday, August, 23rd, 1963, at the
hour of 10:00 A.M. D.S.T. to attend to the Revision of the
prepared list, and upon application of any person whose
name is entered on the list Of voters prepared by the
Clerk ) or of any person entitled to be entered on that list,
may, add to the list of names, any names who are wrong-
fully omitted or whose names are wrongfully included in
in the list.
4. The Returning Officer for the proposed vote shall be the
Clerk, H. W. Eirokenshire.
5. By-law #8, 1963 was passed in open Council on August 1st,
1963.
6. This notice will appear in the Exeter Times Advocate and
the Zurich CitizenS' News fer three weeks in succession,
namely, August 15th, 22nd, and 29th, issues.
