For travelling the bride wore a pale blue linen sheath suit with a white orchid corsage. PERSONALS Mr. Sim Roobol received word of the death of his brother John Roobol, 58, of Klaaswaal, Holland, who died Monday, Aug- ust 19 having been hospitalized for seventeen weeks with a frac- tured hip. Mr. E. B, Norminton left Thursday of last week for South- port, England, sailing from Montreal on the Empress of England for a two months va- cation with his sister and se- veral nieces there. Mrs. Ben Gray of Binsca.rth, Man,, who has been visiting her cousin Miss M. Ellis, took suddenly ill and was admitted to Clinton Public Hospital. Mrs. Harry Caldwell, and Mrs. Stirling Graham expect to leave the latter part of Aug- ust on a six-day conducted tour of Montreal, Quebec, and the Saguenay. Miss Ann Lawrence, who un- derwent an appendix operation in Clinton Public Hospital last Tuesday, returned home on Sun- day. Mrs. Bert Selves is a patient in South Huron Hospital, Exeter. Funeral services for the late Frank Lenaghan, 55, of Welland, who died Wednesday in Welland were held Saturday in that town. Survivors are his wife, two sisters and two brothers in- cluding one brother Clarence of Hensall. Mr. Douglas Martin of Grand Bend was guest soloist at Hen- sall United Church S un d ay morning last. Rev. Harold Cur- rie occupied his own pulpit. The Presbyterian Pall Rally of the Huron WMS Presbyterial will be held in Knox Presby- terian Church, Auburn, Tuesday September 10.
