a successful five day Bible
Schopl which was held in cro-
enarty cherch under the leader,
ship of Rey. J, C. Reyne, Mrs.
Elmer DPW was musical direc-
tor. The average daily atten-
dance was 108.
Those in charge of the kin-
dergarten group were Mrs.
Mervin Dow, Carel. Ann Dow,
Mrs. Murray Christie and Joan
Christie. Leaders of primary
group were Mrs. R, Chappel,
Adeline Chappel, Patricia Har-
ris, Yerlyn Miller. June Mem,
Mrs. Boyce and Mrs. McGre-
gor.
Mrs. Alex Miller, Shirley
Gardiner, Mrs. Norman Dow
and Mrs. M. Lamond led the
junior group, and Mrs. T. L.
Scott, the senior group. Those

The Christian Reformed
church was filled for the pro-
gram presented Thursday night
by scholars of the school, which
featured a locally-produced
movie of "The School in Ac-
tion". Mrs. Donald Wilson, who
took the film in the first few
days of the school, showed it
to three different groups dur-
ing the evening.
A skit on the prodigal son,
presented by grade 5 and 6
students, highlighted the stu-
dents' presentations. The skit
was directed by CarlSwartzen-
truber and Mrs. Frank Lostell
and taking prominent roles were
David Forman, as the prodigal
son; Don Jolly, elder son, and
Don Harvey, the father. Other
children depicted the seven
steps down and the seven up.
Grade 9 students gave ex-
pressive readings from the book
of Job and four of them re-
ceived red seals to add to
their grade 8 diplomas. Re-
cipients were Marlene Harness,
Shirley Heywood, Ray Seeder
and Lynn Page. Rev. A. J.
Stienstra made the presenta-
tions.
Sylvia, Cann and Marcia Sau-
der, from the grade '7 class,
rendered a duet and apoem was
recited by David Hill, Scarboro,
