The Christian Reformed church was filled for the pro- gram presented Thursday night by scholars of the school, which featured a locally-produced movie of "The School in Ac- tion". Mrs. Donald Wilson, who took the film in the first few days of the school, showed it to three different groups dur- ing the evening. A skit on the prodigal son, presented by grade 5 and 6 students, highlighted the stu- dents' presentations. The skit was directed by CarlSwartzen- truber and Mrs. Frank Lostell and taking prominent roles were David Forman, as the prodigal son; Don Jolly, elder son, and Don Harvey, the father. Other children depicted the seven steps down and the seven up. Grade 9 students gave ex- pressive readings from the book of Job and four of them re- ceived red seals to add to their grade 8 diplomas. Re- cipients were Marlene Harness, Shirley Heywood, Ray Seeder and Lynn Page. Rev. A. J. Stienstra made the presenta- tions.
