The principal also plans an
activity period in the last per-
iod of the timetable on Mondays,
Wednesdays and Fridays to give
all students an equal opportunity
to engage in the extra-curricu-
lar activities.
The schedules are designed
to make incoming students from
South Huron, Goderich andSea-
forth feel they are part of the
Clinton operation, The principal
noted that South Huron students
who attended Clinton this year
did not feel they were part of
the school because their bus left
before the activity period.
The principal stated this was
quite evident, during the bas-
ketball season when the CHSS
boys played the SHDHS boys'
team. He noted that the stu-
dents here from the Exeter
school all sat in one corner
and cheered for the Exeter
squads rather than the CHSS
teams.
"With this attitude," he ex-
plained, "this will never be-
come Central Huron, but will
always be the Clinton school
with outsiders here on suff-
ranee."

"This could kill the school
before it gets going," he added.
He pointed out the students
from the other three areas
must not be denied the right to
enter into all school activities,
because this "is a vital and
integral part of education."
"There should be equal op-
portunity and equal responsi-
bility for all students," he told
the board.
In recommending that t h e
buses be allowed to leave the
school at 3.40, he explained
that many of the students at
the school would have started
out in the bus as early as 7.30
a.m. and would have another
long ride before arriving home
at night.

IS MILK WORTH
40CENTS LK A QUART? 1 p What Does Milk Cost You Today?
Certainly milk does not cost you forty cents a quart, or anywhere near that. However to
buy the same vitamins, proteins, minerals in other foods would cost at least forty cents.
The more milk you buy, the more money you save. sv2 PRICE

How Much Profit Goes To The Dairy Company?
What do you think? More than 4? A fraction of a cent? After all, bringing you milk .
good and pure, as much as you want, whenever and wherever you want it is a complicated
job. The average Canadian Dairy makes but a fraction of a cent per quart. Cutting out the
dairys entire profit would not cut the cost of milk a penny.

Does The Price of Milk Seem Too High?
Today, to most of us, the alce of everything seems too high. Inflation has tut the buying
power of the 1939 dollar to 490.More then ever we must spend the dollar wisely. For food
value your dollar buys most when it buys milk.
