CELEBRATE 25 YEARS
On the occasion of their 25th
wedding anniversary the family
of Mr. and Mrs. George Latta
gave a surprise party at their
home on Tuesday, May 21. Mr.
and Mrs. Latta have two sons,
Raymond of Sarnia and Ronald
at home. They were presented
with a silver tray, and an auto-
matic toaster.

The final meeting of the 111-
bbertsf Little Lassies on the
course, "The Milky Way" was
held at the home of Misses
Kaye and Margaret Wprden with
Miss Mary Lou Black, home
economist for Perth county as
guest. The roll call "dessert
and soup I made" was answered

The leaders discussed the
topic "'Baking With Milk". Mrs.
Parsons conducted a quiz and
the girls were given their recipe
box indices. Everyone was re-
minded to have their books to
Mrs. Parsons by the end of May
and that Achievement Day is
July 10 in Mitchell District
High School.
Pancakes were made and
sampled for lunch along with
ice cream bars served by the
hostesses.
