Residents of the area won't
have to dream about a white
Christmas this year—it will be
one. in fact, the met section at
RCAF Station Centralia predict
it will get even whiter in the
next three days than it is now.
Their forecast calls for snow
to commence falling on Fri-
day, continuing Saturday and
Sunday, and into Christmas
day.
However, it is expected it will
only be a light snowfall, al-
though it will he continuous
throughout Saturday and Mon-
day.
Santa Claus will have to wear
all his usual north pole gar-
ments when he tours the area
on Christmas Eve too, as the
temperatures are expected to
dip to 10 to 15 degrees.
It will be slightly warmer on
Christmas day with, the tem-
peratures expected to reach
about 25 degrees,
