The Fletcher foursome shared the lead two weeks ago, but dropped to second last week when Lois Ottewell took a two- point margin. However, the Ottewell four dropped a 7-3 game to Jessie Shane to fall six points behind the leaders. Three other teams moved in- to a tie for third spot with 47 points and have a chance at the group honors. Kay Elston and Cathy Southcott each pick- ed up wins, while Bernice Cann's Thursday group lost but are still tied. with 47 points.
