On Saturday, July 11 Louise
Easrett, wife of Hiram Porter
and sister of George Eacrett,
died at her home in Toronto.
She was the youngest daughter
of the late George Eacrett who
carried on the first harness busi-
ness in Exeter and after the in-
corporation of the village was ap-
pointed treasurer, a position he
held until his death.
