"Zeb" Janes was cut considerably but he still retained a 900 -vote margin over young Liberal contender Russ Watson. Final results were 6,740 to 5,829. 29. Mr.Janes won with a majority of 1,557 in 1955, Grand Bend gave Janes a 105 margin and BosanqUet township added 35 votes to his majority.
