Haskett and Son funeral home, Lucan, until 4 p.m., Monday April 8, when the Rev. Dr. B. C. Eckardt, of London, conducted funeral services, Interment was in Nursery Cemetery. Pallbearers were six grand- sons: Don Abbott, William Abbott, Clayton Abbott, Les Abbott, Arthur Abbott and Warren Flan- nigan. She is survived by four sons: Clifford and Murray, of Lucan; Clayton, of Paris, and Bruce, of London: two daughters, Mrs. John Moon (Madeline), of Lon- don, and Mrs. Kenneth Brock (Amy), of Thorndale; 20 grand- children, and seven great -grand• children; also one brother, Jack Spackman, of Timmins, and two sisters, Mrs. Olive Hall. Mani- toulin, and Mrs. Horace Alton, of Victoria, B.C. Daughter of the late Mr, and Mrs. George Spackman, Mrs. Abbott was born in Hullet Town- ship, near Varna, but spent her early life at Grand Bend, Mr, Abbott predeceased her 20 years ago. Shortly after his death, Mrs. Abbott went to London to work.
