BRUSSELS NEWS
If you're getting in the Christmas spirit the Brussels Leo Club may
be able to help out by supplying the Christmas tree.
The Leos will be selling trees Nov. 30, Dec. 1, 7, 8, 14, 15, 21 and 22
beside the liquor store. They'll offer all different sizes from six to nine
feet, of scotch pine and balsam. Prices range from $16 - $22.
Gary Pipe at 887-6175 or Shannon Rice at 887-6801 can provide more
information.
A warning about watching out for your family pets with the danger of
rabies around certainly isn't out of place this time of the year. A rabid
skunk tangled with a dog in the village this week and the dog had to be
destroyed. The skunk escaped. If you haven't had your animals
vaccinated you'd be best to do so and even then, keep an eye out for
strange animals.
