Services are being held at the
Blyth Church of God each Sunday

evening, Nov. 10. The used
clothing sale Wednesday, Thurs-
day and Friday and the bazaar and
bake sale Saturday all sponsored
by the U.C. W. were very success-
ful.

FILMSTRIPS FOR CHILDREN
The Jungle Doctor Series is
being presented to children of
public school age, each Wednes-
day at 4:30 p.m. at the Church of
God. These filmstrips teach valu-
able lessons by means of colorful,
exciting cartoon figures.
A very light snack will be
provided when they arrive and all
children in the community are
welcome to come.

FISCHER-SHOLDICE
Cathy Sholdice and Randy Fischer were married Friday, October 4,
1985 at Brussels United Church by Rev. Charles Carpentier. The bride
is the daughter of Ken and Elizabeth Sholdice of Brussels and the
groom is the son of Roy and Donna Fischer of R.R. 4, Brussels. Matron
of honor was Joan Cardiff of Brussels, friend of bride. Bridesmaids
were Shelley Jorritsma of Brussels, sister of groom, Hilda van Huizen
of Amherstburg, friend of bride, and Judy Knight of Brussels, friend
of bride. Bestman was Klaas Jorritsma brother-in-law of groom of
Brussels. Ushers were Doug Sholdice, brother of bride, of Waterloo.
Ringbearer was JoshuaJorritsma, nephew of groom of Bruisels. Mary
Lou Johnston of Bluevale provided appropriate wedding music on the
organ. An open reception was held at Brussels, Morris and Grey
Community Centre. Master of Ceremonies was Gordon Stephenson of
Brussels, uncle of bride. After a honeymobn trip to northern Ontario,
