day. October 11, for the wedding
of Helen Ann Brurnwell and Roy
Edward Ryan, The bride, a
graduate of London Teachers'
College, is the daughter of Mr.
' and Mrs. Charles R. Brimmed,
R.B. 2', London, . near Birr, and
/ the groom is the son -of Mr. and
I and Mrs. John A. Ryan, R.R. 2,
Crediton. The Rev. J. E. Kelly
officiated at the nuptial mass.
The bride wore a floor -length
and i gown of lace and tulle over satin.
The fitted bodice featured a
square neckline and long sleeves.
Front andback panels of lace
and side panels of lace and tulle
enhanced the bouffant skirt. A
crown of sequins and pearls held
her fingertip veil and she car-
ried red roses.
Mrs. Russell Brintnell, sister
of the groom, was the bride's
attendant, and wore a waltz -
length gown of red velvet. Rus-
sell Brintnell was groomsman.
For a wedding trip to Western
Canada, the bride changed to a
two-piece plaid dress with orange
