Norman Hockey Veteran Barber Norman :Hockey, a veteran of the first World War and a charter member of the Canad- ian Legion, died FridaY, June 27, in 'Westminster Hospital, London, in his sixty-third year, Mr. Hockey was born at Credi- ton. Ile was an active Service veteran and during the first World War he served for two years in the front lines in Bel- gium and France and. the exper- iences of those two years have , had lasting effect upon his health, Thirty-seven years ago he was united in marriage to Mabel Bishop who survives with one daughter and two sons, (Thel- ma) Mrs, Jack Waldron, Grand Bend; Harold, of Exeter, and Wayne, at home. For many years he has con- ducted a barber shop on Main Street, retiring a short time ago. The funeral, Monday, was con- ducted from the Hopper -Hockey funeral home by Rev. H.
