concert last Friday with .Miss
Line Abbott as chairlady.

and Ilene. Donaldson and Hugh
Conlin, winners of the Biddulph
public speaking contest.

Miss Jessie Graham Cameron,
94, life long resident of Gran-
ton and Lucan died in London
Wednesday, Dec. 18.
She lay at rest in the C. Has-
kett and Son funeral home, Lu-
ca, ,until Friday, December 20,
whenRev. Thomas G. Head of
Granton conducted funeral ser-
vices.
Interment was in Woodland
Cemetery a London. Pall -bearers
were, Ben Wood, Ralph Dann,
Nelson Dann, Fred Clare, Bev;
Westman and Walker Gibson.
Miss Cameron, was the daugh-
ter of tfie late Hugh and Mary
Cameron of Granton. .At one
time she clerked for James Car-
ter of Clandeboye and for a
number of years for the J. M.
Ross store at Luean, before re-
turning to Granton. While here,
she lived On Market St. where
Mr. James, Little now lives. She
is survived by two sister, Mr.
Fred Clare of Preston and Mrs.
Hance Ivor of Erindale.
