ing night at the armouries on a regi
mental basis, on Monday night with
batteries from Listowel, Walkerton’
and Wingham. The purpose was to
hold a regimental competition layer’s
test with cash prizes to the top three,
and the Area Commander Brigadier T.
G. Gibson, CBE, DSO, CD, was pre
sent to inspect the troops in training.

Brigadier T. G. Gibson addressed
the regiment as a whole at the end
of the evening on their turnout and
effort. He also stated that he was
happy to see- so many young men in
the militia, especially non-commission
ed ranks, and hoped we have as good
a turnout at Petawawa this summer
and bring home the silverware. Lt

unit on its very good show.
