Bag 188 Nazi Planes In A Day
Paris —■ Germany lost at least 188
planes in her surprise attack on Bel
gium and Holland in widespread raids
against open towns and Allied bases
in France. The following Nazi losses
were announced: In Holland, 100 shot
down, 14 captured; in Belgium at least
10 shot down; in France, 44 shot down
by the French, 10 by the British and
at least four damaged.

Convicted of Security Breach
Kitchener — William E. Misener,

Sarnia —- Victor Bowers, 59, porter
