Mr. and Mrs. Clune and grandson,
Kenneth, of Toronto, spent the past
three weeks with Mrs. Arthur Jacques.

ghter, Irene and son, Nolan, were re

.Mrs, F. C. Taylor. Nolan, who is 13
years of age, caught a black bass
weighing 3V2 pounds at the Gorrie

called on old friends in the village re
cently.
Marj.orie and Grace Gilmour, of
"Wingham, are spending a few days
-with Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Mundell.
Mrs, Dowdell and two children, of
Toronto, have returned home after
spending a week with her parents, Mr.

Miss OliVe Lawrence who had spent

Mrs. Chas. Lawrence, returned to Tor-

ter, Miss Pearl, spent Sunday at the

London, were recent visitors at the

little son spent Sunday at the home

more. Miss Irene Curie, who had
spent some time with her sister, Mrs.
Marshall; returned home with.them.

son, Dean, of Brussels, visited on Sun

and Mrs. Victor Shera, visited the for
mer’s sister, Mrs. Meyers, at Byron
on Stsnday.
Mr. and Mrs. John King, of Tor
onto, spent the week-end with relativ
es here. Mr. and Mrs. Chas. King,
who had visited in Toronto, for two
weeks, returned home with them.

ren, Shirley, Bobby and George, Tor
onto, spent the past week at the home

Irene Davis, of St. Thomas, visited
on Friday last at the home of Mr. and
Mrs. F. C. Taylor. The ladies are dau
ghters of the late Mr. and Mrs. Henry
Davis, of Wingham.
