Davis, Mrs. ’Luella Hall, Zone Com­ mander of 'Blyth, and the Blyth Auxiliary are being entertained at the April meeting and each member is asked to donate some­ thing toward a penny sale, do­ nations to be handed in the af­ terneon of the meeting. Din­ ner was served with a three tier wedding cake centering the table. The evening was spent with all enjoying social chat and playing euchre. Mrs, Drake was formerly Janet McKellar, youngest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. iDqncan McKellar, and Mr- Drake is a son of the late Mr. and Mrs. Harry Drake of -Staffa. The first part of the evening was given to a showing of films from 'the Department of Agri­ culture. Mr, Carl Oestriecher of Dashwood was in charge. Following t-he films, some for­ ty adults played progressive euchre. Mrs. Alfred Reichert was winner for the ladles. Mr. Laird Jacobi was men’s winner, Conso­ lation prizes went to Mrs. -OhaTles Robinson and Mr. John Soldan, (Some sixty adults and children sat down to a luncheon which was in charge of Mrs. John Soldan, and Mrs. Charles Robin­ son.
