Come on you people in Vanastra, lets get out and cheer them on. Well Hallelujah, the pool is opened! On Saturday afternoon Aug. 13 the pool was opened for free swimming for the people in Vanastra and whoever heard that the pool was opened. About 100 people came on Saturday and the same on Sun- day. It sounds as if everybody is satisfied by the look of the tur- nout, It's wonderful to have fun after all the hard work trying to get everything finished, but of course everything isn't finished and if it wasn't for all the volunteer help on Saturday, the pool wouldn't have opened. There are still a few finishing touches to be done and the women are still painting and slowly but surely, it's getting finished and it's going to be beautiful when it is. Thanks to all who helped.
