IN THE TOWNSHIP OF HULLETT
(Owner includes a person who possesses* or harbours a dog.

By-Law No. 1973-5 Township of Mullett
WHEREAS THE TOWNSHIP is liable for damage to livestock
and poultry by dogs;
AND WHEREAS dogs running at large can bedome a nuisance
and a menace;
THEREFORE pursuant to Sec. 5 & 7 of the Deg Licensing and
Livestock and Poultry - ProteCtion Act, 0,133, the Council of
the Township of Hullett enacts as follows:-
I. Owners must register all dogs with the Clerk of the Town-
ship by June 1St. each year.
2. On registration a Licence Fee must be paid.
3. Fees to be paid are: 1 male or spayed female - $3,00; For
each additional male Or spayed female - $4.00; For each female
- $5.00; For each additional ((ornate - $6.00
4. A tag issued by the Township must be kept on the dog at all
times (except when the dog is being laWfully used for hunting
deer).
6. No dog is Allowed to- run St large in the Township of Hullett.
6, Owners contravening 4 or 5, above, ate liable-to fine* of not
more than $50.(K) under the Summary ConviOtions Act,
7. Any dog running at large may be killed forthwith by an officer
appointed by the Township for that purpose.
