Busy spot
Clockwise from above: Children love sheep and when
the animals get a haircut it’s difficult to resist some
hands-on attention; Bugsy’s ladybug gets close
inspection from four-year-old Lydia and two-year-old
Kenzie Machan, a bed adorned with dozens of quilts
was a popular attraction in the Blyth Community Centre
during this year’s craft show; MacKenzie Chalmers, left,
was one of the many students from Blyth Public School
in attendance last Friday at this year’s Thresher Reunion
and Barb Barton was giving her a hand in turning milk
into cream; there are toe-tapping tunes to be heard
throughout the Thresher Reunion grounds, especially
when it’s a road show such as this group that loaded on
a wagon to entertain during the afternoon parade.(Vicky
