team now hold down fourth
spot, five points away from
third spot and 21 away from

with 169 points, followed by

. The Agriculture meeting of
Kippen East W. I. was held in
the Legion Hall, Hensall when
each member invited a former
member.
After a delicious pot luck
dinner, Mr, Stan Paquette from
the Ministry of Agriculture,
and Food, Clinton, showed pic-
tures of his trip to England,
Scotland and Ireland. Miss
Ruth Skinner, District
President spoke briefly, an-
nouncing that the District An-
nual will be on May 16th and
the Officer's Conference will be
held at Waterloo University.
The roll call was answered
by "What part of the farming
operation is allotted to the
wife." Mrs, Al Hoggarth com-
mented on the motto "Running
people down is a bad habit
whether you are a motorist or a
gossip." Mrs. Glenn Bell gave
a reading "Look Beyond the
Winter" A skit "A Great
Saving " was presented with
Mrs. R. Kinsman taking the
part of Mrs. Potter and Mrs.

League, Road Runners and Sea
Monkeys are tied for the lead
with 19 points each, followed
closely by the Laughing Hyenas
and The Pacers each with 14

Shots, 12 each. Susan Howson
had both the high single of 278
and the high triple of 636,
while Mary Davey had the high
average of 209,
Macks still have a big lead in
the Londesboro Men's League
with '70 points. They are

Labatt's Blue lead the way
